Test Plan Overview

To validate if the new billing page addresses core HMW challenges across the user journey and supports ease of use for new users.

Why Validate? Validation reduces the risk of releasing a solution that fails to meet user needs, ensures design intent translates into real-world use, and confirms alignment with business goals before build investment.
Why Test Learnability? Learnability ensures first-time or infrequent users can intuitively understand and use the tool without training. It’s not only tied to our Customer Success KPI but also impacts adoption speed, support costs, and overall satisfaction.
Why Think-Aloud Protocol? Asking users to verbalise their thoughts while interacting reveals mental models, confusion points, and decision-making paths in real time—insights not always visible from observation alone.
